Re: [linux] X-over-SSH

A ce sujet, je suis tombé par hasard sur:

WeirdMind allows you to embed an entire X server and SSH1 client in your java-enabled web browser.
If an X program is opened, the X server will be automatically started, and the
window will pop up on top of your web browser.

WeirdMind is built from combining the WeirdX X server with the MindTerm 1.2.1 (last GPL version) SSH
client. Hence the name, "WeirdMind." The net result is that you can set up a
web page on your server, such that you can connect from any web browser and run both shell commands
and X11 programs. The connection is secure and encrypted. Both your shell
commands and X11 connections are tunneled through the secure link. WeirdMind works with most major
web browsers' internal JVM's. It has been tested on various versions of
Netscape, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla.
