Dites-moi si je me trompe, mais pour avoir un nom xxx.be, il suffit de
pouvoir prouver que l'on est responsable d'une société xxx en Belgique.

la société "linux" existerait en belgique avec adresse à Jabbeke. Ce n'est
donc pas Mr verbaten qui est dans l'illégalité car il n'a fait qu'appliquer
le règlement. Par contre cette société ne serait-elle pas dans l'illégalité
puisqu'elle utilise un nom "copyrighté" ?
Mais tant que personne ne s'en plaint officiellement, et qu'elle ne doit
pas changer de nom, il est logique qu'elle puisse avoir un nom linux.be sur
le net...
