The X3T5 Ad Hoc groups will meet during the period of 28 February 3 March, see the table below for which Ad Hocs will be meeting the starting dates/times. The location for each Ad Hoc will be posted. The X3T5 Closing Plenary will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, 4 March 1994. There will be a Planning Meeting on Tuesday, 1 Feb., at 5 p.m. (location TBD). The Planning Meeting is particularly for Ad Hoc leaders, but anyone interested in meeting management issues may attend. 2. There are currently no plans for a TP meeting. If anyone knows of a need for one and will attend, please contact Henry Lowe immediately. 3. There is a possibility that the Directory and ULCT meetings will be cancelled. Anyone planning to attend Directory should contact Skip Slone before going; cancellation will be announced by e-mail. If ULCT is cancelled, notification will be sent to the old X3T55 e-mail list. Voting members of X3T5 (there is only one per organization) are expected to stay for the extire meeting. A block of 25 rooms has been reserved at the Crown Sterling Suites for X3T5 participants. The Hotel will not guarantee holding these rooms beyond 16 February 1994 -- bookings should be made before that date.
