Hi All,
 
  At the recent Forum General Meeting I announced the re-commencement of work
on the TRM-BM (Transmission Resource Management - Bandwidth Management)
Ensemble.  For those of you who were't there, this Ensemble was started a year
or so ago but has been dormant since February.  It is our intention to pick up
the leadership of the project and complete the work.  I have submitted an
updated version of the Ensemble summary to the bulletin board.
  Anybody who is interested in participating, either in an active or reviewing
role is welcome to become involved.  Have a look at the summary,  if you are
interested respond back to me via e-mail or by phone (613) 591-3600.  I am
organizing a teleconference for next week.
