Recommendation U.81

       1)   Point 1.2.2 should read "Delivery re-attempt procedures".

       2)   In the flow chart of Figures l/U.81 and 4/U.81, after  the  first
decision box, the sign "Yes" should be placed to the left.

       3)   In Figures 2/U.81 and 5/U.81, the first bracket referring to "Note" 
should be placed to sequence 2, and not to sequence 1-2.  The second  bracket
should be deleted.

       4)   In Figure 3/U.81, under column "Duration", total  minutes  "24.4"
should be replaced by "18.3".

       5)   Replace  4.1.1 by the following:

"4.1.1 The advice of non-delivery shall be provided. It should preferably include 
the list of addresses rejected at the time of address validation."
