2.Proposed revisions and additions to Recommendation 0.33

       Change the title of the existing Recommendation as follows:
                                 
     "AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT FOR RAPIDLY MEASURING STEREOPHONIC 
       PAIRS AND MONOPHONIC SOUND-PROGRAMME CIRCUITS, LINKS
                        AND CONNECTIONS".

       Add the following paragraph to the end of section 1 General:

       "It should be noted that the equipment will meet the  requirements  of
Recommendations N.12  and  N.13.  However,  measurement  of  every  parameter
specified in Recommendations N.10, N.21 and N.23 is not possible, e.g., group 
delay/frequency response."

       In section 4.5 Compander linearity change 800 Hz to: "820 Hz".

       Revise the Annexes A and B as shown below, and add the new Annexes  C,
D, E and F given hereafter to the Recommendation:
