Recommendation D.307 R, of regional application, gives the remuneration 
per year and per 100 km crowflight distance for the component B 
(average cost, dependent on the distance, in a network composed of 
various transmission facilities; including the cost of intermediate 
repeaters and transfer equipment from onedigital system to another), 
and the remuneration per year and per equipment for the component A 
(line terminal equipment and multiplex equipment, including the 
proportion of this equipment user in higher hierarchical systems.

Recommendation D.307 R establishes also the special charging 
conditions for the extension of submarine cables.
