Recommendation D.240 sets out the charging and accounting principles 
for teleservices provided over the ISDN. It covers the teleservices 
currently contained in Recommendation I.241: telephony, teletex, 
telefax 4, mixed mode, videotex and telex.

The charging and accounting principles for teleservices should be based 
on those developed for the bearer service supporting them.
