Airline Discount Numbers for Standards Meetings

Please support our efforts to keep your travel costs down by using these 
airline meeting discount numbers when possible.  The airlines will discontinue 
these numbers if we do not have enough people using them.

- Call a special 800 number which connects you to the Meetings desk.
- The Meetings desk has limited hours, so no late night calls!
- Supply the Travel ID Number for the airline you are calling.
- Receive a 40% discount on coach.  These tickets have all the privileges of a 
  coach ticket; you can change flights or use upgrade coupons.  They just cost 
  less!
- Receive an additional 5% discount on discounted fares.
- Make arrangements at least 7 days in advance.
- You can be ticketed by your own agent.
